Wow, long time no talk huh? I know, I know. Like Jonathan Taylor Thomas, I was your everything and then suddenly I just vanished never to be seen or heard from again (for my young babies look him up, he was *PRIME* in the 90’s let me tell you). I suppose I have some explaining to do, so let’s get into it, shall we?

Last we spoke (in 2017??? yikes!) I was living in Chicago and loving every second – exploring new shops and goodies for you beauts on the reg and bringing a little piece of studio apartment living into your life. Boy has life changed! I’m now currently living in the South in PA school! Yep, you read that right, Physician Assistant school! (For those of you who don’t know what that is or you haven’t had one as your provider yet, look us up! I promise you won’t regret it!). See, what I never really spoke about on here was what I had been working towards for years. I’m sorry for not sharing that part of my life with you all but I didn’t want to get too excited before it actually happened. I’m not superstitious but I’m a little stitious, you know? (where my Michael Scott fans at!?). While interior design will always be a huge aspect of my life, medicine has always been my passion and what drives me. I’m beyond lucky to be finally living out my dream of becoming a PA (coming atcha in 2021 y’all!) Nevertheless, I still designed on the side and have brought that with me to the South! All my testing, finishing courses, and applying really ran my life for a while there and I had to dedicate my time to my dream, you know? And now that I’m a little over a year into school I feel like I have more of a grip on my day to day life and feel like I can start being the person you need me to be again – that annoying girl who posts about pillows and waits for Autumn 3/4 of the year.

So my lovelies, where does that leave us? Since I’m back to being a student again aka a *baller on a budget*, I won’t be able to purchase like I used to but here’s what I promise. I promise to be your source for all the things I think you you’ll love. Like your personal interior stylist of sorts! I may not be able to afford everything but I can show you what I think would look good in your place and bring you the best deals and steals I can find. I can show you what potential your home, your nook, your studio apartment has. I may not be able to blog as much since school is my number one priority, but I will be updating my instagram all the time with the best new goodies for you so make sure to follow for the majority of my content – @everelliottinteriors

There you have it my design babies. I know you thought abandoned you, stepping out for a pack of cigarettes only to never come back, but alas I could never do that to you. It wasn’t a goodbye, just a see you later. And guess what?
